EARL is Melbourne's premium quick-service sandwich, salad & coffee destination, operating throughout the CBD. We currently have a vacancy for a Full-Time barista at our 567 Collins St Store.
- Monday - Friday position, weekends are yours
- Established, premium Melbourne brand
- Leadership / management opportunities in a growing organisation

We are recruiting for a Full Time position based in Melbourne CBD. It's a great working environment with many loyal, regular customers and a friendly, nurturing team. We're looking for someone that will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic role, bringing their personality and smile to work each morning

Our ideal applicant for this position will show the following;
- Pride in their work while delivering a great product, consistently
- A commitment to the very best customer service
- Previous barista experience and the ability to lead our in-store coffee program
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Have full working rights and flexible availability

Staff at EARL are trained across a variety of positions within our stores, so great communication skills and an ability to articulate our menu and philosophy effectively is really important. We look for team members who are passionate about good food and coffee
