**Skills & Requirements**

The successful applicant will have:

- Developed hand and power tool experience;
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and systems including electrical and plumbing;
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail;
- Prior experience in campervan or recreational vehicle manufacturing (or similar trade), with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials;
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions;
- Punctuality and reliability;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
- Great time management skills;
- High standards of housekeeping throughout the workshop;
- A great "can-do" attitude and be prepared to learn and grow;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to WH&S; and
- a Driver's licence and own transport.

The following will be highly regarded;
- Production/assembly experience in a high quality environment;
- Prior knowledge of campervans and/or motorhomes; or
- Experience or trade qualification with 12V, gas, mechanics, CNC machine, welding, cabinetry, plumbing, shop fitting, boat building or any other relevant trades.

**Location / Operation hours**

The TRAKKA Showroom and manufacturing facility is based in Mt Kuring-gai. Only 10 minutes north of Hornsby and 35 minutes south of Gosford.

Our hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:40pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 12:45pm on Fridays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
