We are looking for an organised, motivated and driven individual to lead our Victorian stores in one of Melbourne’s trendiest locations. Our brand prides themselves on exceptional customer service experience they deliver to customers, whether the customer is on the shop floor, online or on the phone.

**About the role**
- As the Store Manager you will have sole responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations of the store, which include KPI reporting, adhering to visual merchandising standards and rosters.
- You will work closely with the Stock Control team member, to help in analysing the data, preparing the orders and ensuring inventory management is always strong.
- You will lead from the front and drive an exceptional customer experience to anyone, this includes the experience you deliver to customers walking into the store, building relationships with new businesses and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- You will join our brand in ensuring we are maintaining a safe, positive and supportive working environment with our team.

**What we’re looking for**
- An experienced Sales Person to be able to drive sales with all of our customers.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure efficient processes are put in place to manage day to day tasks.
- A positive individual with amazing communication skills, who is able to work closely with our support office to achieve agreed outcomes.
