**URGENT HIRING - Experienced Female Disability Support Workers Needed**

**Start immediately (within a week)
- help make a real difference in people’s lives.**

**Preferred-Everyday 8 am to 10 am**

**Your Role Includes**:

- **Personal care support** - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
- **Transfers and mobility assistance** - **must know how to use a hoist and handle falls safely.**:

- Administer medication under supervision, as per care plans.
- Help with meals - preparing, feeding, and encouraging healthy eating.
- Support with daily routines, independence, and personal goals.
- Encourage participation in social and community activities.
- Keep accurate notes and report any changes in health or behavior.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Follow health and safety rules at all times.
- Work closely with other care staff to provide tailored support.
- Always respect clients’ dignity, privacy, and choices.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or more
- Required.
- NDIS Worker Screening and WWVP card with NDIS - required.
- First Aid & CPR - or willing to obtain.
- National Police Check - or willing to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Infection and Prevention Control Training Certificate
- NDIS worker Orientation Module

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
