**Raisers Hub **are a fundraising agency who have been working with incredible local & international charities for over 20 years. Our team calls current and past supporters to have meaningful conversations with the purpose of gaining or strengthening support from donors.

We are looking for energetic applicants to join our amazing team. Experience in sales, telemarketing, or face-to-face fundraising would be advantageous. We need someone with the gift of the gab, and enjoys working in a team environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- 100% Outbound Calls to qualified leads.
- Inspiring people to donate to their favourite causes.
- Working towards very achievable KPIs. Start earning bonus from your first call.

You will be:

- Experienced in a telemarketing or sales role.
- An Excellent communicator.
- Professionally Persistent
- Highly motivated and Results-oriented.
- Able to build rapport quickly and have a natural ability to ask the right questions to lead to and outcome.
