**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking passionate Home Care Workers to support our clients located in the City of Yarra municipality to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

The role offers:

- Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team
- Flexible working hours
- Mobile phone
- Opportunity to work close to home - service locations include Abbotsford, Carlton North, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Princess Hill and Richmond
