Gymbaroo Assistant

**Work within school hours with children and families who are passionate about early education and development**

**We are looking for an assistant initially, with the potential to train as a GymbaROO teacher - all training provided.**

**Position required primarily at Booragoon, with potential of extending to other sites nearby. Looking at starting with 3 days per week, around 3 - 5 hours per day as an assistant, which can extend to up to 5 days and up to 6 hours for the right person.**

**Job Role**:

- Assistant: Assist teacher throughout the class, assist parents with their children, keep area and equipment clean, tidy, and safe.
- Teacher: High standard of program delivery, in line with training provided, deliver neurological information to parents, build fun, happy relationships with families.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in Child Care or relevant experience (eg. teaching, child care, nursing, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Psychology or similar).
- First aid certificate
- Working with Children Check

- Is well prepared
- Teaches classes competently and enthusiastically

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 25 per week
