The duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Activity measure to achieve forecast on Progress fees Timely activity placement and referrals Activities in place that are matched to caseloads, cohorts and demands of the business Liaise with Internal Departments and external Stakeholders. Notifies Regional/Business Manager when a client makes a complaint about a team member and performance of work. Ensures effective communication with participants, activity host organisations, colleagues, and other industry stakeholders at all times.
