**About the Role**
We’re looking for an experienced **Payroll Officer** to join our clients Sydney-based team. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll to approx. 600 employees across Australia and New Zealand, while supporting ongoing improvements and compliance processes.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- End-to-end weekly payroll processing
- Managing terminations, adjustments, super, and reconciliations
- Supporting payroll system upgrades and continuous improvement
- Handling compliance reporting and audit requirements
- Advising employees and leaders on payroll queries

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the **GRIA Award** and **WFM systems** (Dayforce highly regarded)
- Strong payroll compliance and legislative understanding
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, and Excel proficiency
- Experience with STP, Super, Workers Comp, and Payroll Tax
- A team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset
