About the role
Cryer Malt, a division of Barrett Burston Malting and part of Soufflet Malt, the world’s largest malting company, is currently seeking a full-time Storesperson to join our Distribution Centre in Derrimut to work shifts Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.06pm.
**The responsibilities will include**:

- Receiving, handling and dispatching goods in the warehouse and cold storage.
- Operating a forklift with reach experience
- Unloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents
- Checking goods for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
- Using computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock
- Operating machines to lift, place and remove goods on high levels

About your experience
We are seeking experienced forklift drivers (with High Reach forklift experience being advantageous), however the role is also open to entry-level applicants, with opportunity to train and develop.
- Be physically able to lift and move items up to 25kg
- Have previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Commitment to working safely and practicing correct manual handling at all times
- Be able to drive a forklift with reach experience
