About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Coordinator to join our team at the Schofields site. This position is offering full time permanent, Monday to Friday.
You will effectively manage and maintain the Schofields Cash Sales Yard and Selection Centre, ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient loading operations, and a well-presented display area for customers.
- Manage stock and sales yard
- Monitor vehicle loading
- Maintain selection centre
- Keep the sample shed and display tard organised and updated
- Merchandising and samples
- Forklift duties
- General ad hoc assistance

What you bring to the role
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage stock, maintain the sales yard, and keep the selection centre's sample shed and display yard orderly and updated
- Attention to Detail: Precision in conducting stock takes, monitoring vehicle loading, and ensuring accurate packing of brick samples and courier paperwork
- Physical Stamina: Capability to handle the physical demands of maintaining display areas, demolishing walls, and organizing merchandise
- Customer Service Orientation: Skill in creating appealing displays and face cuts to meet customer needs and improve their selection experience
- Adaptability and Initiative: Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including ad hoc general assistance, and proactively identify and address needs within the selection centre
- Forklift Duties: Operating the forklift for required tasks
