**About the Role**
- Our **Workforce Planners** are key to the payroll and rostering process for employees in our Aged Care Centres. The position will be based across our Aged Care Centres in the **Belconnen.**
- We have a unique opportunity for a **Workforce Planner**to join our team on a part-time basis with minimum **32 hours per week working in shifts - 5:00am to 1:30pm or 11:00am to 7.30pm**. Weekend and varied shift work may be required in this role.

**As a Workforce Planner, you will**:
Develop schedules in line with business needs
. Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources
. You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff. Manage contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences, and assess requirement for backfilling or additional shift

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Previous experience in Rostering and/or other similar positio
- n Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources and/or demonstrated experience in a similar rol
