**Duties will include**
- Leading a territory to achieve planned sales budgets, deliver exceptional customer service and provide a high standard of store presentation incorporating the Napoleon Perdis brand beliefs, image and philosophy.
- Accountable for providing leadership, guidance, support and management to all retail staff through effective monitoring and management of all sales and operations.
- Achieve profitability and sales goals as per set budgets and promotional launches. Ensure stores sales contributions are monitored daily and confirm effective use of store consumables and labor.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Ability to achieve individual and store sales results as per set targets and promotional launches.
- Effective time management with excellent people skills
- Ambitious person with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
- Customers service focused with a sharp eye for store presentation
- Previous Retail experience in high turnover store is preferred
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
- Certificate, Diploma and/or Industry experience
