**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in diagnosing and repairing damaged windscreens on all types of vehicles, including cars, and trucks.
- Assist in the replacement of broken or cracked windscreens with new ones, ensuring proper fit and installation.
- Learn to work with a variety of materials, including laminated glass and tempered glass.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs and replacements under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the repair process and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Interest in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg.
