About the Role

Approximately 15 hours. More hours for the right people, we are open 7 Days a week. Must be able to work one weekend day each week.

We are looking for a casual experienced barista to join our awesome Kafe + Drive-thru team. We are a high-volume location, so you need to be able to work fast, work clean and to a high standard.

You will need to be available weekends and be a happy and efficient individual that loves delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Core Duties:
Making high-quality coffee at a consistently fast pace
Cash handling and POS operation
Exceptional customer service
General cleaning
Maintaining standards
Exceptional organisation within the drive thru/kafé
Helping staff with other workloads, and general kafé duties

Core Requirements:
Minimum 2yrs experience as a barista in a fast paced role
Early Starts
Fast + Efficient
Good banter skills
Must be available at least one weekend day
AHA COVID-19 Hygiene course or proof the course has been completed awaiting issue of your certificate.

What we want to see from you - in your Zapid videos - is a positive and eager attitude. If you have a lot of experience, that is a plus.
