We’re currently looking for female Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking Support Worker to assist a client in **Burwood, NSW**. The role will be Tuesdays and Fridays to start, which will increase once the client is more comfortable.

The client can be a bit reluctant with new faces, so if you are a **consistent, punctual**and **reliable**individual looking to make a positive impact in people’s lives, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's Licence & access to a car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Disability Support, specifically Mental Health and challenging behaviours
- Confident with manual handling

**What you'll do**:

- Complete all tasks relevant to support work including personal care, domestic assistance, client transport, meal prep, etc.
- Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
- Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures

Pay: $33.28 - $35.01 per hour
