**About the Role**:
This role involves providing active support in the community and at the gym, assisting with workouts, and encouraging our client to build healthy lifestyle habits. You will also be a positive role model, offering respectful and transparent support in line with their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to the client during community activities and gym sessions.
- Assist and encourage the client with exercise routines, promoting healthy and active living.
- Support the client in developing independence, confidence, and life skills.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with the client and their family.
- Ensure transparency and professionalism in all aspects of support.
- Maintain accurate shift notes and follow organisational policies.

**Requirements**:

- Energetic, proactive, and full of creative ideas to engage the client in meaningful activities.
- Confident in attending and assisting with gym workouts.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on respect and transparency.
- Reliability and commitment to the client’s routine and goals.
- Must be available:

- **Tuesdays: Afternoons**:

- **Fortnightly Saturdays & Sundays (alternating weekends)**:

- Previous experience in disability support, personal training, or community services is desirable but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $43.23 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 18 per week
