**Position Overview**

**Key deliverable's of this role include;**
- Provide advice and assist with ongoing development of Employee Value Proposition.
- Identify multiple access points to reach prospective employees Eg. career fairs, company visit and other off-site recruitment initiatives
- Develop and design of contemporary talent acquisition strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure policies and procedures are current and contemporary.
- Maintain the SharePoint site for recruitment and on-boarding
- Maintain and Develop CBCHS recruitment and on-boarding module, including position description and job advertisement library.

**About You/Skills and Experience**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or HR (or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment with health or disability experience desirable.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Solid and demonstrated end-to-end recruitment and on boarding.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with the key stakeholders on matters relating to attraction, retention strategies and talent acquisition trends.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, combined with a creative mind to enhance employee experience.
- Working knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Current Victorian Drivers licence.

**About the Company**:

- CBCHS is a for-cause, not-for-profit organisation providing a wide range of allied health, dental, child development, disability and aged care services to more than 15,000 clients every year in and around the City of Kingston. Many of our clients are differently abled, socially isolated, financially disadvantaged or exposed to other socio-economic vulnerabilities. Our head office is in Parkdale with programs and services also offered at Chelsea, Clarinda, Mentone, Cheltenham, Clayton and Edithvale.
- CBCHS is currently in the process of voluntarily amalgamating with two neighbouring community health services, Connect Health & Community and Star Health, to form a new organisation called Better Health Network (BHN). BHN will provide our clients and community with access to more services in more areas with greater connectivity than ever before. For staff, the transition to BHN will provide more career development opportunities and diverse experiences. In the near future, all CBCHS employees will transfer to BHN.
