**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a **12-month fixed term, full time** Dental Reception position available at our **Melbourne CBD clinic (Spring Street).**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments.
- Processing and managing customer accounts
- Experience at reception and using HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service)
- Provide excellent customer service in managing and resolving complaints
- Treatment planning and scheduling next appointments
- Customer account management, follow up on outstanding payments and account resolution
- Utilisation of ‘Ascend’ Dental software
- Disinfection and sterilisation of instruments
- Ensure high standards of infection control and comply with all OH&S

Does this sound like you?
- **You will be available to work 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (9 - 9.5 hour shifts with a 1 hour break)**:

- Previous Reception/ Administration experience (essential)
- Caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus
- Exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- Be well presented, punctual, reliable, and professional
- Be able to multi-task and adapt in times of high demand
- Dental reception experience is an advantage
- Experience using dental software programs and Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 COVID or able to provide a medical exemption certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
