Whitehart Bar is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to step into the role of Supervisor, with a special focus on running our dynamic beer program. Responsabilities
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
- Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Curate and expand the beer program, staying abreast of industry trends.
- Manage inventory, ensuring a diverse and well-stocked selection.
- Train and lead staff in beer knowledge, fostering a passion for quality service.
- Collaborate with vendors to source unique and high-quality brews.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, adapting the program to meet customer preferences.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
