**Position**: Baker
**Location**: Oakleigh
**Hours**: Full-time, 40-50 hours per week
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Operate baking equipment effectively and safely.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality products.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decorating.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
