**Must Have Requirements**
- A consultant who has strong exp in Mobile Test Automation using Java, work independently
- Who can quickly pick up the mobile test automation work and create test framework from the POC (proof of concept) using Appium and Browserstack
- Worked on latest Java version 14+
- Worked on Mobile Simulators, running tests on CI CD pipelines
- Write API service to automate APIs for Mobile testing
- Debug code in IntelliJ
- Setting up / managing enterprise level test frameworks

**Your Key Role Accountabilities**:

- Design, develop, execute and maintain automation scripts enabling and advocating an automation first approach
- Promote quality assurance initiatives with key team stakeholders including continuous test pipelines, containerised solutions, infrastructure as code, automation analytics.
- Provide senior level guidance and lead the execution of test and quality assurance on enterprise projects providing ROI on test strategies
- Monitor project-wide accountabilities and deliverables with the aid of appropriate detection tools and reporting dashboards ensuring a smooth escalation framework is present for the resolution of issues
- Research, investigate, socialise and implement emerging technologies via internal innovation of our automation, quality engineering, performance and Devops communities
- Mentor junior team members, providing support & reviewing code promoting a CI/CD culture
- Create new & improve automation and performance scripts using existing tooling/frameworks, to improve the testing coverage for UI and API interfaces
- Perform planned and ad-hoc Automation runs as needed to support sprint goals
- Work with Scrum teams to plan the work in line with sprint cadence
- Be an enabler in achieving the full automation of the sprint scope
- Contribute to maintain the existing monitoring, alerting and dashboard capabilities
- Provide inputs into the design of CI / CD framework patterns for use in a multi
- environment, multi-brand, SaaS based environment
- Awareness and compliance with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy

**Required Experience, Capabilities & Skills**:

- Experience working in an Agile development environment in cross-functional teams
- Multiple years experience in enterprise-grade test automation across multiple SDLC phases, with a particular focus on the build/development phase and object oriented programming within complex and distributed client environments
- A sound understanding of automated API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, Postman Newman, Karate, SuperTest or similar
- Skilled in Java in combination with testing frameworks, i.e.Jnuit, TestNg, Spring.
- Expertise across test automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, Cypress.io, Webdriver.io, Protractor, Puppeteer, or similar along with exposure to JavaScript, Java, C#, Python
- Exposure to BDD concepts & cloud computing platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is highly desirable
- Experience doing performance testing using Jmeter, Gatling for UI and APIs.
- Expert in Testing Methodology demonstrated experience in development of testing strategies, plans and cases
- Experience of managing and coordinating testing activities with Management, Project Managers, external vendors and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation and facilitation skills
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Industry experience
- Working experience of Agile / Lean development practices
- Understanding of / experience with startup mentality (always seeking to return value for effort)
