Our client is an established and reputable real estate agency with an experienced team. They excel in arranging and executing complex transactions, and provide comprehensive management services for industrial and office properties, handling all operational, staffing, maintenance, and tenant relations duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a small portfolio of strata properties, including financial management, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks
- Conduct regular property inspections and attend strata committee meetings to address issues and concerns
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and financial statements to property owners and committee members
- Act as the primary point of contact for property owners and residents, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing exceptional customer service
- Liaise with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades as required
- Stay abreast of changes in strata legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to strata properties and clients
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in strata management or commercial property management preferred
- Strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strata management software
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
