Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

HCA is seeking a highly motivated and energized individual to join our Construction Equipment Sales team as a **Sales Administrator**. This will be a permanent Full Time role base in out **Cavan** office.

**Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining sales and equipment records
- Assisting in the preparation of quotes and tenders
- Preparation of invoices
- Processing equipment transfers and loans
- Coordinating shipping and customs clearance of machines
- Maintaining the customer database
- Providing support to CSG and branch sales teams

**To be successful you will possess**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- An eye for detail
- A high level of computer literacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills

Previous experience in a construction equipment sales department (or similar) would be advantageous.
