**The Role**:
Working in the Despatch area the Pick/Packer is responsible for the packing of the required hardware for customer orders.

This role requires a detail-oriented person who has strong communication skills and is able to track and complete multiple facets of product packaging while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing orders
- All work is to be carried out in compliance with company quality standards ensuring that all quality checklists are completed
- Unpacking boxes of nuts, bolts and screws and packing them into plastic bags of smaller denominations.
- Handle inventory with care and attention to detail
- Packing powder coat items ready for powder coating
- Keep work area clean and tidy and in good order for easy stocking and access

**Skills and Experience**
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Ability to work in a physical environment
- Good attention to detail
