**Permalink Support Services** is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider, that offers Homecare & Community Care services to those with a disability.
Servicing all regions of Metropolitan Melbourne, Permalink is rapidly growing and expanding, with more than 500 Support Workers & Clients to date.
We are looking for an experienced client service superstar to join our Allocations Team, reporting to our Allocations Manager.
The **Allocations Coordinator **will contribute to the achievement of the allocation of Support Workers to disability clients who require immediate service and ongoing roster management.
The **Allocations Coordinator’s** responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Daily scheduling and allocation of Support Workers to clients through the deployment pipeline, while maximising work force capacity, creating a positive client experience and adhering to NDIS compliance requirements.
- Firm understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct, Incident Management and Quality and Safeguards practice standards;
- Handling escalated client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner;
- Liaising with client Support Coordinators, Plan Nominees and client next-of-kin, to gather accurate details for shift allocation;
- Coordinating with the Accounts & Payroll team, for shift confirmation and adjustments;
- Understanding client NDIS Plans, goals and Care Plans, to ensure proper allocation of support staff;
- Relaying important and crucial updates and alerts to both clients and Support Workers in a timely manner;
- Supporting a client centric culture and proactive approach;
- Contributing to the provision of relevant information and reporting;
- Working alongside the Allocations Manager and Client Services Managers, for day to day scheduling and work allocation activities;
- Contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement activities;
- Providing information to and participating in different projects as appropriate;
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication and relationship building skills. The right person for our team will possess strong problem-solving skills and exhibit a can-do attitude.
**Experience in the NDIS industry & Allocations/Rostering is a must**
**Requirements**:
- Must have evident experience in disability care and the NDIS
- Experience in Allocations, Rostering and Scheduling
- Fluent and strong verbal and written communication
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident only
- Updated First Aid & CPR -Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NDIS Module Certificate
**Position Type**:
Casual, with the potential to be a Full Time Employee (based on performance and experience)
- You will complete 37.5 hours a week from a 09:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday-Friday Schedule. _
