IDHA HOLDINGS PTY LTD ATF **Oporto Schofields** **NOW HIRING** **Store Manager (Retail Manager - ANZSCO Code: 142111)** Summary Oporto Schofields is seeking a skilled and driven Store Manager to take ownership of daily leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. Key **Responsibilities**: - Prepare, manage, and adjust staff rosters to meet business demands. - Approve and verify timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing. - Supervise day-to-day store activities and support shift leaders. - Maintain stock levels, manage inventory ordering, and minimise wastage. - Train, coach, and monitor staff to ensure compliance with operational standards. - Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve complaints efficiently. - Maintain food safety, OH&S, and cleanliness in line with Oporto and legal standards. - Perform opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day cash handling. - Conduct team meetings and performance reviews. - Hire, onboard, and provide structured training to new staff. - Monitor KPIs (sales, labour %, wastage, speed of service) and take corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standards. - Collaborate with area managers and head office on reporting and store targets. - Prepare operational documentation (checklists, shift summaries, temperature logs, etc.). - Lead marketing initiatives and local promotions. - Build a positive, productive team environment with high morale. - Respond to urgent issues and resolve team conflicts tactfully and promptly.
