PingCo are seeking someone experienced, driven and motivated to join the team. This individual must have experience and qualifications in finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable- Preparing and maintaining cash flow documents and other business forecasting tools- Processing month-end and year-end reconciliation- Data entry tasks- ATO lodgements- Collating financial documents, agendas, reports and correspondence for stakeholders and meetings- Completing payroll tasks as necessary- Other financial duties as required from management**Key Company Expectations**:

- Showcase professionalism and consistently produces high quality work on or ahead of time
- Takes initiative, is a positive team member, and exhibits strong communication skills

**Essential**:

- Registered BAS Agent
- Experience in Xero favoured, other software will be considered for demonstrated quick learners
- Strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Excel
- Administration and bookkeeping experience of at least 2+ years
- Cert IV in bookkeeping or above
- Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
- Be able to work in a team and autonomously
- Current Australian Driver’s License
