About Cali Press
If you are looking for a career in hospitality and have a passion for great tasting healthy food, Cali Press offers it all. Prior kitchen experience is a plus but successful applicants simply need to have proficient cooking skills and an ability to prepare produce in an efficient manner (what we call fast hands). Our processes have been simplified for speed and you will be trained across the food prep operations which involve both prep and service. You would be working in a fast paced environment side-by-side with other young, energetic and fun health focused people.

About The Role
Cali Press are currently on the hunt for a new foodie who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for health, Customer service and a collaborative approach of working within an amazing Team.

Essential Duties
Prepare a range of produce to meet finished product requirements
Work fast and efficiently
Lead and Inspire your team in your section
Engage with your team and customers alike to become a valued crew member
Ability to have fun while working hard
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times

Individual Requirements
Have the ability to take full responsibility over the kitchen and produce ordering
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as team
Ability to ensure product consistency and maintain cafe operational standards
Ability to train and mentor your team members
Interests in health and nutrition are a plus
Must be able to work Monday - Sunday 7am-4pm
