As an ITW Merchandiser your primary focus will be to be responsible for the VIS Agreement and maintenance of ITW ranges to a high standard for retail sale within your designated region. This includes exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.

Location - Perth, Western Australia

**The impact you'll make**:

- Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building:

- Maintain high levels of stock display and cleanliness
- Complete stock adjustments and report if stock from previous order is not put away.
- Change min max levels for stock, labels and trays when required.
- Maintain accurate call cycle compliance: Efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours

**About you**:

- Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base.
- Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Numerical literacy
