Private Tuition French Teacher

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Les Petites Classes' is a private school where every talent counts. We teach children with a French-speaking background only.
We provide group tutoring in French to students aged 3 to 18 with a French-speaking background. Groups have a maximum of 5 students at a time. Lessons are focused on developing French speaking, reading, and writing skills.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated French teacher who will be involved in his/her students' progress and company development.

We are located in Sydney, on the Northern Beaches.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses;
- Prepare the lesson in accordance with Les Petites Classes' program and students' goals;
- Conduct lessons according to Les Petites Classes' routines, schedule, program, and safety rules in respect of children’s wellbeing, development, interest, and learning needs;
- Teach students using positive reinforcement and reflexive approaches;
- Communicate positively with parents on a regular basis;
- Comply with Les Petites Classes policies and procedures and staff code of conduct;
- Support Les Petites Classes' pedagogical development and enrich our teaching resources.

YOU ARE A GOOD CANDIDATE IF:

- **French is your mother tongue**,
- **You own a teaching diploma** **or** **Master’s degree in Arts, Humanities and Languages,**
- You love French literature and history,
- You have a great pedagogical sense and experience in teaching children,
- You are a serious and enthusiastic person,
- You are a team player with great communication skills.

Pay: $73,500.00 per year
