
Food Services Manager

**Provide advice and direction to Management on the Centre's food safety program
Maintain the efficient and coordinated operations of the centre's food services
Implement and ensure daily quality assurance programs are conducted
Promote and support standards for food safety and quality
Implement dietary standards of the Centre's Menu in accordance with Queensland Dietary Guidelines
Oversee the maintenance of all kitchens and where applicable, other industry equipment, to ensure that it is maintained in maximum operating order
Contribute and monitor centre budget allocation for food services
Provide advice to the Centre's Management and Custodial/Financial Directorate on all matters pertaining to the food services functions
Coordinate and assist in the training and reporting of all vocation (VET) training for Hospitality
Monitor and evaluate WH&S processes within the Food Services area
Coordinate the procurement, receipt, issue, custody and maintenance of all food supplies
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
