We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated trainee to join our team, get great on the job quality training as well as working towards a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership.

**About the role**:
Outdoor adventure instructors plan, guide and provide instruction or education in activities such as abseiling, rock climbing, and canoeing. They provide instruction on using equipment, give advice on safety measures, and answer questions relating to local places of interest within the activity region. Instructors may work with children, adults or corporate groups in adventure tourism.

As a trainee, you will be supervised and mentored while you complete your Certificate 3 in Outdoor Leadership. You will learn leadership skills while you teach others abseiling, rafting, mountain biking, archery and much more In addition, you will also develop campers in the following ways:

- Team building
- Confidence building
- Trust activating
- Leadership skills
- Decision making skills
- Team interaction
- Communication skills

**Essential criteria**:

- Driver’s license (Manual)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Willing to conduct Working with Children Check
- Willing to conduct National Police Clearance
- Active due to the nature of the role
