Stair Manufacturer/installer

**WHO WE ARE** Coastal Stairs is a family owned and operated business established in 1985. With over 30 years’ experience supplying and installing staircases in the Illawarra, South Coast, Sydney, Southern Highlands and Canberra. **THE ROLE** Due to recent growth, we have a position available for a tradesperson experienced in stair manufacturing/installation to join our successful team based in Oak Flats. The successful applicant must be confident working independently in the factory and onsite. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Your role will include but not be limited to: - Full time hours Monday-Friday with the flexibility to work weekends and overtime when required - Assembly and installation of stairs using relevant tools and materials needed - Delivering high level of product quality and customer service - Planning & ensuring that each project is completed adhering to deadlines - Creating standard and custom components of stairs - Gathering the elements assembling the final product **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** - Formal qualifications in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making or stair building - Hold a current driver’s license - Excellent communication skills - Work efficiently unsupervised - Reliability with a "can do attitude" and strong attention to detail - Previous experience working across a few different industries would be highly advantageous **TO APPLY** If you have a passion for the industry, able to work to deadlines and have the right attitude, this is the job for you.
