Cctv Technician

Click Security is seeking a CCTV technician to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of security systems, ensuring our clients receive reliable and high-quality service.

**What you'll be doing**
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting security systems, including CCTV, access control, intercom, intruder detection and cabling
- Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve any issues proactively
- Providing prompt and efficient on-site support to address client requests and resolve technical problems
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on system enhancements or upgrades
- Documenting all work performed and maintaining accurate records of system configurations
- Assisting the team in implementing new technologies and innovative security solutions

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant technical qualifications in the electronic security field.
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Demonstrable experience in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to client sites as required
- A valid security registration
- Construction induction safety certificate (White Card)
- Working with children check
- Can work with Bosch, Paradox, DS, Tecom, Alarm, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Inner Range, Gallagher, Tecom Access

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
