**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Chatime store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to ensure the availability of ingredients and materials.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotions and events.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance and submit them to the regional manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Passion for bubble tea and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
