**WHS&E Advisor (Roaming Role) - Aged Care Projects**

We are looking for aspiring safety leaders who are looking for a roaming, hands-on opportunity within our Aged Care/Independent Living projects located within the Northern Beaches region. We are looking for those who are driven by influencing and utilising the next generation of HS&E standards, processes, and attitudes within construction.

Richard Crookes Constructions offers construction services across a diverse portfolio with projects up to a value of $450m across NSW, ACT & QLD.

**Responsibilities**

You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated safety leadership team whilst you drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to:

- Roaming across multiple projects in the Northern Beaches region
- Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders & site supervisors/workers.
- Facilitate the management of the EHS and environmental systems in accordance with the PMP
- Positively advocate facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching
- Assess data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends and help influence the projects safety approach.
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance (HammerTech)

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated practical construction related safety coordination/management experience & knowledge, delivering mid to large projects; built form (preferably), civil construction or infrastructure
- WHS industry relevant qualifications and certificates
- Collaborative communication skills consistent with effective consultation and influencing
- Competent computer skills
