**Are you an experienced Director looking to join a great team?**

New owners seeking an experienced Director to build numbers in the centre.

We are a family owned and operated Centre providing excellent care for children since 1993. We provide quality early childhood learning and Pre-Prep education from infants through to 12 years.

Our opening hours are between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday throughout the year. We are closed only on Public Holidays. We are registered Long Day Care Centre providing developmental programs for all age groups.

We are seeking a passionate, inspiring and experienced Director who is eager to take on the exciting role of supporting our wonderful multicultural centre.

**Some attributes we are looking for**:

- Strong leadership and knowledge in Early Childhood
- The ability to time manage, prioritise and to have organisational skills.
- High level of written and oral communication skills which reflect a professional approach in all circumstances
- Experienced in EYLF and QKLG
- Knowledge and experience of the Assessment and Rating process, as well as the Quality Improvement Process
- Professional and passionate
- To maintain the National Quality Standards

**The successful applicant must have the following**:

- _You must be eligible to work in Australia._
- _Approved AECEQA qualification as required under the Regulations_ (Diploma / Advanced Diploma of Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree)
- _Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, Anaphylaxis & Emergency Asthma Management Training (approved by ACECQA)_
- _Current Working with children check as required under legislation (Blue Card)_
- _Commitment to maintaining current knowledge and attend additional training as necessary_
