We are seeking a passionate HR Professional to join one of our construction clients who are located in Victoria.
This is a great opportunity for a HR professional who is looking to step up in a position, you will be managing HR Functions across Victoria collaborating with other business partners from other states across Australia.
**About the role**:
The P&C BP leads Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performing culture, with strong emphasizes on empowerment, quality, productivity and high standards.
- The role plays a major part in driving the alignment of the group across all Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
- Provide support to leaders relating to performance management frameworks
- Upskill People Leaders to ensure they are fully empowered to lead their team members Upskill People Leaders to ensure they are fully empowered to lead their team members across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support across ER/IR Issues
- practices and sets a strong focus around employee engagement & culture. Developing strategies and turning those into actionable initiatives to improve on turnover and employee experience.
- Support the P&C team in the execution of the P&C National Strategy and relevant projects
- Driving a values aligned culture and encouraging continuous feedback
- Analysis of monthly HR Metrics for improvement areas
- Provide support to leaders relating to performance management frameworks and
processes for succession planning and individual development
**About you**:
- Experience managing a team
- Experiences across awards, policies and practices
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of strategic role of HR in the business and demonstrated capacity to align actions with the bigger picture
- Blue-collar experience ( not essential)
