**Bolte Civil** is a civil construction company based in Tuggerah on the Central Coast. We service the surrounding regions including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Region and the Central Coast. We are currently seeking a **full-time Backhoe Operator** to join our growing team.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Plant and Machinery Operator to join our dynamic team, as a Backhoe Operator. As a Plant Operator you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, operating the Backhoe Loader with precision and efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **two (2) years' experience in a Backhoe Loader** in the civil construction industry (essential)
- Valid **Competency tickets** for the Backhoe
- Solid understanding of **WHS, environmental**, and **risk management regulations**:

- Safely operate plant and equipment, including carrying out routine maintenance and pre-operational check
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any issues encountered
- Proven ability to **work collaboratively** within a team and follow directions from supervisors
- Willingness to work **extended hours** as required
- Physically fit and self-disciplined, capable of performing a variety of associated labouring duties
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and adaptability on site
- Current **Class C driver’s licence (**essential**)**:

- Valid **White Card** (WHS General Induction for Construction Work in NSW)
