**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate compliance with AAL Governance Manual, Policies, and Procedures
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Standards, and ISO:9001 accreditation
- Coordinate internal and external auditing processes for annual audits, ISO:9001 accreditation, and Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission audits.
- Manage the Continuous Improvement Register and coordinate improvement forms - Oversee system and process improvement activities.
- Maintain the AAL master documentation register.
- Develop and monitor a company and clinical audit program.
- Ensure compliance with external contractual agreements and Approved Service Providers
- Review incidents and feedback to identify trends and collate reports
- Facilitate monthly quality meetings with the leadership team
- Establish a Quality & Risk Management Register, framework, and review system.
- Oversee compliance processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of Quality Auditing or other relevant qualification
- Previous experience in a quality or auditor role
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems, auditing processes, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and critical issues - Ethical approach to work and self-motivated.
- Highly organized with efficient administrative skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality, risk compliance, and business-related procedures.
- Knowledge of major sector funder requirements (DVA, NDIS, QCSS, CHSP, Home Care Packages, PHN).
- Experience in maintaining Aged Care, NDIS, or ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
