Like a single origin coffee or a fine bottle of French wine from a single vineyard, Gotcha Fresh Tea flavour is unique and unmistakable.
With a delectable selection of handcrafted teas, collagen teas, and milk teas, Gotcha has tea for all connoisseurs whether they be from the east or the west.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers and taking orders.
- Prepare and present beverages at the highest quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including storage areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback from customers.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Passion for Bubble Tea
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
