About the Role

Your Team

In this role, you will report directly to Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications with a dotted line to the Manager, Marketing, ANZ.

What You Will Do
- Content creation, planning, monitoring and uploading of JBL Social Media channels including Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Assist Marketing team with execution of Brand strategy and activations including Your Shot DJ Competition. This involves sourcing promotional items, printing requirements, creating social and digital ads, planning the social and digital execution, running competitions on website or via Gleam forms, arranging photographers/videographers for events, Event day bump in/out, procuring product for events, managing budget and invoicing for all events.
- Assist Marketing team with management of brand ambassadors, influencers and media including negotiations, product focuses, PR Releases and review product.
- Work with Harman E-Commerce and Digital Manager to assist with online merchandising of AUNZ marketplace websites including Amazon, The Warehouse Group NZ and creating / optimising campaigns on marketplace portals to maximise sales of JBL product on site.
- Work with Harman Marketing Manager to brief digital campaigns to support New Product releases including content creation, audience profiling, copywriting and monitoring of performance for awareness, consideration and conversion components
- Post campaign analysis and reporting of campaign performance as well as delivering report for addition to monthly marketing reports to Singapore HQ.

What You Need
- Diploma & above in Marketing or Business Management.
- Some experience at entry level marketing role preferred.
- High Proficiency in Social media tools, in particular Tik Tok and Instagram
