Cafe Manager

**The Precinct by Toby's Estate (AMA Barangaroo Pty Ltd)**

The Precinct is a famous café located in Barangaroo NSW 2000. We operate five days a week offering Breakfast and Lunch. The café provides a wide variety of dishes and corporate oriented atmosphere for our customers.

We are seeking a full time Café Manager who will be able to work independently or as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Understand café’s geological location and its strengths and organise seasonal promotions.
- Identify and consider cafe’s patron demographics and foot traffic when developing new menus with restaurant’s chefs.
- Monitoring quality of services delivered, and food quality served at all times through conferring customer’s satisfaction with meals.
- Ensuring sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness and maintenance of food service and dining areas.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Working closely with Director to set up the sales forecast (for peak and off -peak seasons) and reviewing and monitoring expenditures according to budget limitations.
- Organising the daily and weekly rosters for restaurant staff. Organize more staff during the peak season.
- Supporting for recruiting, training & supervising staff to ensure complying with the business standards.
- Controlling stocks include purchasing order and negotiating the price and keeping the purchasing/payment record.

**Requirements/Skills Qualification**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Leadership Skills
