Front of House

Fioretti Pizza in Bangor is looking for front-of-house staff who know their stuff and bring real flair to customer service. You’ll be chatting naturally with guests, taking phone orders, running a smooth floor, and keeping everything on point during busy services.

What you’ll be doing:

- Welcoming customers and creating a great vibe at the table and on the phone
- Taking orders confidently, both in person and over the phone
- Using Square POS and handling payments with accuracy
- Keeping service flowing and the venue tidy and professional

What we’re after:

- Strong restaurant or café experience — you’re confident and capable
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with a friendly, professional style
- Reliable, well-presented, and calm under pressure
- Passion for good food and great hospitality
- Must be over 18 years

Shifts: Thursday to Sunday, 5-9pm evenings.

Location: Fioretti Pizza, Bangor (easy public transport access).
