**Job Title: Skilled Laborer - Cement and Sand Screeding**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and mixing cement and sand to the correct consistency for screeding
- Ensuring proper curing and drying of the screed
- Following health and safety guidelines on-site
- Assisting with other related tasks as needed to support the construction team

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in screeding cement and sand mixes
- Knowledge of proper mixing ratios and techniques
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual

**Skills**:

- Understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions
