**Days & Hours of Work**:Monday to Friday totalling 38 hours per week
**Competitive Salary**:Band 4 - $72,792 pro rata + 11.5% superannuation
**Location**:Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

**About the Role**:
The Administration Officer role provides a high standard of administrative support to the Procurement team and ensures the smooth delivery of department services and processes. The Administration Officer will have a strong customer focus and improvement mindset and will contribute to a high performing team culture.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing excellent customer service outcomes within the department, assisting staff to manage timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support to the department assisting with procurement, working within internal systems, and supporting the team to prepare outputs.
- Assisting the team by collecting data on customer experience and identifying areas for improvement.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

- Demonstrated ability to provide quality administration support and a very high standard of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to support the processing of various types of internal customer service requests while adhering to set proceedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High ability for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Mandatory pre-employment requirements**:

- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
