Einstein Kidz Abacus is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Abacus Teacher. As a leading educational institution, we are dedicated to providing children with a unique and effective learning experience in mathematics using the abacus.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Abacus Classes**: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive abacus classes for children of various age groups, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment..
- **Individualized Instruction**: Provide personalized attention to students, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to both students and parents regarding their achievements and areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for optimal learning.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish effective communication channels with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, upcoming events, and any relevant information.
- **Professional Development**: Stay abreast of the latest educational trends and methodologies related to abacus education, continuously enhancing personal and professional skills.
