You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service skills through ensuring that our residences are cleaned and/or our laundry services are delivered to a high standard in accordance with Arcare‘s Values.

Liaising with clients, families and staff, you are willing to participate within a team to build on ongoing improvement of services for our residents and their representatives.
