**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Location: Kilcoy**

This pivotal position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy & clarity in operational yield profitability across all departments. You will work closely with cross-functional managers to drive improvements to product quality & profitability while reducing operational cost. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following experience.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control an advantage
- Strong Computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume and complex environment
- Demonstrated experience analysing complex information to drive outcomes
- Proven ability in creating and maintaining cross-functional networks and engaging all stakeholders.
- Solutions focused and consistent ability to follow through
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to continually learn and deliver outcomes.
- AusMeat certified an advantage

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reviewing and approving yield reports on a daily basis.
- Monitoring and reporting progress on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support in new product/processing development, yield analysis, and costing
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve raised concern
Driving operational improvements to enhance yield, attainment, and profitability
- Leading root cause analysis (RCA) and tracking of yield performance improvements
- Developing and delivering detailed reporting and analytics to site leadership and the wider group
- Optimising mechanical yield opportunities
- Continuously developing technical skills, including AUS-MEAT beef specification knowledge
